Following a week of bad news, the pop star has canceled one of his upcoming concerts in Portugal, a rep for Bieber confirms to E! News.
"Due
to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the
second operation, in Portugal, on 12 March," the Portuguese promoter Everything is New posted on their Website. "The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on 11 March."
The message also promised a refund to fans who had purchased
tickets for the concert. "Holders of tickets valid for March 12 should
contact the respective place of purchase to receive a refund within 30
days of the date of the scheduled concert, which ends April 11."
The
news of his canceled concert comes on the heels of a pretty bad week
for Bieber: The "Beauty and a Beat" singer received flack for starting a
show two hours late, before collapsing on stage the next night. He later lashed out at a paparazzo, yelling, "I'll f--king beat the f--k out of you!"
