Bangladeshi Idol, the world’s largest music talent show is going to start in Bangladesh from 7th February. 2013. Bangladeshi Idol is a part of the famous Idol franchise. In 2001,Simon Fuller
launched Pop Idol in UK television, which was the start of
Idol franchise. Since then, the Idol franchise has launched music talent
hunt program in more than 40 countries including United States of
America, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Germany, France, Indonesia,
Malaysia, India, Singapore and so on.
The American Idol started in 2002 and became so much popular in the world that the Idol franchise did not look backward. In Bangladesh, all the preparations are finished to launch Bangladeshi Idol for the first time. America based Production and Distribution Delta Bay will arrange this program in Bangladesh.
JUDGES:
4 judges has been selected to justify the real talents in musical field. They are: Ferdousi Rahman, Andrew Kishore, Ayub Bachchu and Mehreen. They are so much famous and talented in Bangladeshi music industry.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
1. All Bangladeshi citizen aged 18-28 years are eligible for registration [All who were born between 1st April, 1985 to 1st April, 1995, can take part].
2. The registration has started from 7th February, 2013.
3. You have to show your Birth Certificate/National ID Card/Passport/Driving License/SSC Certificate during Registration.
4. There will be 9 Registration Venue: Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Khulna, Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensing and Rangamati.
5. There are 3 ways of Registration: SMS, IVR (Phone Call) and Fill up Registration Form.
6. SMS: START IDOL ZONE CODE GENDER AGE
Send to 3690. Write M for Male and F for Female.
7. IVR (Phone Call): Call to 3690 for registration.
8. REGISTRATION FORM: You have to fill up the form published in Daily newspapers and send it to GPO BOX: 6017 with 1 copy passport sized photograph. Please write “Bangladeshi Idol” on the envelop.

SA TV, a new Bangladeshi Satellite TV Channel will telecast Bangladeshi Idol.
